Order Shipping Status

If you have not received your order and believe it is late, please make sure that your credit card has been billed before you call us. We ship the product the same day the credit card is charged. Orders should arrive 7-10 business days after the credit card has been charged. If your shipment is overdue, please email us at status@essiac-canada-intl.com.

Response Times

We will attempt to respond to all requests on the same business day, and certainly within 1 business day. Please note that the hours of operation for our customer service desk are Monday-Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time.

Returns and Refunds

Please do not send us any parcels back until you check with us so we can give you the information on where you should return the parcel.

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 14 days and shipping charges are not refunded. If the parcel is “returned to sender” without being accepted by the receiver shipping charges to return the parcel to the sender will be deducted from you account.
