We ship to most countries in the world. Customers are responsible for any duties and custom charges levied by their country. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours provided payment has been received. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within 24-48 hours, you will be contacted by email or phone. Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your package to arrive before inquiring about the status of your order. Unless otherwise specified, Furever Pets Supplements Inc. ships by Canada Post. If your order is of an urgent matter, we will try to accommodate special shipping requests. The shipping costs will be adjusted on a case by case basis, to reflect the increase in shipping expense.
Return Policy:
All return requests must be received by email at info@essiacforpets.com Please note that returns are not permissible after 15 days from the date of receiving the products.. Refunds will be subject to an automatic 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that all parcels not accepted and sent back “return to sender” will automatically be charged shipping charges(both-to the sender and back to the company) with a 20% restocking fee. Returned products must be in original packaging and product seals must remain intact. We do not refund product that has been opened. It is recommended that products being returned are insured and shipped using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back to Furever Pets Supplements Inc. safely and quickly. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred by you to return unused products to Furever Pets Supplements Inc.
